OH MY GOD, I WAS WRONG!
If you just placed an order and realized you made a mistake, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to make a change or cancel it.
WHAT IS MY SIZE?
The "Moxi" size has a unisex fit. They're made based on a women's mold, but labeled in men's measurements. For women's sizes, we suggest choosing 1-1.5 sizes down from your usual US women's shoe size as a reference to determine your Moxi size. We like to use Vans and Converse as reference guides.
Size charts for all our skates are available on the product pages via the "Size Chart" link.
You can also download our manufacturer's measuring tool to help you determine your size.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Generally, most orders will ship within 2-3 business days at the most. After that, shipping times vary depending on the method chosen at checkout. In most cases, domestic orders take 7-10 business days to arrive.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
We'll send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
At Danimon Roller Skate Shop, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including sizing errors, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product. We recommend carefully reviewing the sizing guides and product descriptions before making your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us before confirming your order.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
We do not exchange products. All orders are final, so it's important to check all details before completing your purchase. If you need help choosing the correct size or have any questions, we are available to help you before you place your order.
CAN I MAKE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on products.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
For the moment, shipments will only be made within Mexico.
