OOPS, I MADE A MISTAKE!

If you just placed an order and realized you made a mistake, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make a change or cancel it.

WHAT IS MY SIZE?

“Moxi” sizing has a unisex fit. The boots are built on a women’s last but labeled in men’s sizing. For women’s sizes, we suggest selecting 1–1.5 sizes down from your usual U.S. women’s shoe size to determine your Moxi size. We like to use Vans and Converse as sizing references.

Size charts for all our skates are available on each product page through the “Size Chart” link.

You can also download the manufacturer’s measurement tool to help you find the right size.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days at most. After that, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. In most cases, domestic orders take 7–10 business days to arrive.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

At Danimon Roller Skate Shop, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including size errors, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product. We recommend carefully reviewing size guides and product descriptions before making your purchase. If you have any questions, contact us before completing your order.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

We do not offer product exchanges. All orders are final, so it’s important to double-check all details before completing your purchase. If you need help choosing the right size or have questions, we’re here to help before you place your order.

CAN I MAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

At the moment, shipments are made only within Mexico.
