At Danimon Roller Skate Shop , each product is carefully selected to offer you the best quality and experience. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene, safety, and customization standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the purchase has been made.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Error in selecting size, color or model
- Products on sale or at a discount
- Any other reason not related to manufacturing defects
Defective products or shipping errors
Before shipping any product, we conduct a thorough inspection. In the rare case of receiving an item with a demonstrable manufacturing defect or a shipping error , please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the situation. Each case will be reviewed individually, but this does not guarantee a return or exchange.
